Below is a simple breakdown of what you can expect every step of the process - from submitting an inquiry to receiving your final edited gallery. No surprises - just a process designed to honor your story with care from beginning to end.
It all starts today!
01. Inquire
How exciting to think the start of this process could all begin today! Let's get this party started by going to my inquire page and submitting an inquiry form. I'd love to get all of the juicy details and learn more about your special day. Tell me everything - do you have your venue locked in? Exploring potential dates? Curious about my availability? I can't wait to learn more! You can expect a response within 48 hours so we can start bringing you day to life.
02. Consultation
It's time to yap! I will reach out to find a time that works best for you to schedule a virtual consultation. We can use this time to get to know each other, talk through the process and different packages to fit your needs, and align on your specific vision as a couple.
03. Contract & Deposit
Let's make it official! To lock in your wedding date, I will send over a contract and payment portal for the deposit. Once the retainer is received and the contract is signed, you're locked in! From this point forward, I'm your go to gal for all things including timeline planning and vision brainstorming.
04. Planning Call
Once your plans start coming together, we’ll connect to walk through logistics and build out your timeline, making sure every meaningful moment is thoughtfully accounted for. Have a pinterest board for your special day? I'd love to see it! This is where we get fully aligned on your vision so you can feel confident, prepared, and completely present on your wedding day.
05. Wedding Day
It's wedding day! I can't wait to capture all of your love. I'm here to guide you through your timeline, ensure you're completely comfortable, and work with all your vendors to prevent any service gaps on your wedding day. Most importantly, I'll be there to capture all of the big moments and moments in between, ensuring your love story is told in the most authentic, true to you way.
06. Delivery Day
Okay, let’s relive your day! You’re excited, and I’m excited too. Within 48 hours of your wedding, I’ll deliver a sneak peek gallery with edited highlights because if I can’t wait to see them, there’s no way I can make you wait. After that, I’ll continue working on your full wedding album so you can experience the day over and over again. My typical turnaround is six weeks, allowing me to perfect every detail. Trust me, it’s worth the wait.
